What a week it's been

Last week was a big bad week. As some of you may already know, I got my handbag snatched. He must be really pissed off with all the jelly in my handbag.
Got to skip work on Friday *heehee*
Was unintentional tho...I wanted to change my car key sets (car keys were stolen together with handbag) but after I made the call to office, I went out to find my car missing. For some weird reason, my dad took it to work I dunno why.
So I got to lepak at home and read Harry Potty 7. Packed my stuff for the weekend, and AbuBakau bought cake for me :)

Saturday morning went to Maxis Centre and got back my old number. So don't worry, you can still get me on my old number. I lost all my numbers tho, so sms me with your name in it.
Team Building Event
Went to the office, had a drink at the warung and was off to Pork Dickson. Arrived at Selesa Beach Resort to discover that I had a whole room to myself. My roomie's baby girl fell ill and she couldn't make it. I had a grand time messing up the room and being a nudist. Ah, bliss.
First day wasn't too bad, had some indoor sessions. Had belly-aching laugh at the cross dressing males *psst, Woon was one of them ahahah* Our team's shemale wore a bikini stuffed with tissue and a sarong with high heels and handbag. Even had sunnies and make up with a flower behind the ear.
After that, had a bit of time to relax, some of the girlies came over for a chat. Then a huge ass BBQ cook out for dinner with free flow alcohol *woot* Boss made big boss announce my birthday to the whole company and everyone was like...how young are you this year? In contrast to how AbuBakau likes to remind me that I'm getting older. Listened to a lot of stories about the heydays of journalism, lots of people got drunk, some did stupid things some just stoned. Late at night the closer peeps came over with a surprise birthday cake.
Was supposed to have an obstacle course for the outdoor activity but couldn''t make it due to rain. Had a bit of archery and more indoor sessions. Was pretty fun, lots of good ideas to bring home. Some people decided that I look like another writer who sits back to back with me at the office. Apparently we have the same face shape and eyes. Nice girl that one, we ran the Rat Race together.
The biggest blast was the karaoke and dance competition. Laugh until wanna fall off the chair. Free alcohol provided, supposedly to help people get over their nerves. A lot of people were freaking funny and entertaining, especially when the alcohol kicked in. And also when some people had to sing Tamil or Thai songs, absolutely hilarious watching them keep up with the lyrics. Mai roo mai roo!
This morning was the last session, with sea rafting. Our team came in second woot! We had to build the rafts, paddle out to sea, grab the flag, paddle back and dismantle the raft. Mentally and physically challenging, but finishing the race felt awesome.
Went back to the office and found out I have an assignment tomorrow morning. What a warm welcome back, sigh.
